Job Description

About the Role:

• Monitoring & controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time overruns and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution, as per project Base Line.
• Coordinating with the Design team for simplifying the detailing to help reduce the cost, ensure workability and fast execution of works without affecting the aesthetics.
• Envisage complications & overcome the same at early stage to avoid delays.
• Reviewing architectural drawings, material specifications, pre-qualification documents, contracts and QA/QC/NCR reports.
• Verifying & validating the works done as per approved drawings; installing the components as per the design; resolving site queries to meet execution requirements; understanding technical & functional specifications.
• Collaborating with designers, consultants, contractors & vendors during construction regarding special considerations based on the approved plan.
• Allocating tasks & defining clear timelines for the completion of each task; monitoring task completion, providing assistance to deliver the project in time; formulating effective time management plans.
• Ensure measurement verification & bill certification is executed in time.
• Tracking progress & coordinating with Architects, Facade consultants, in-house departments and vendors.

About You:

• Diploma/BE - Civil
• 8 to 12 Yrs. Of experience
• Relevant experience into Building Fa ade projects.
