Job Description Summary

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist/Front Desk Executive to serve as the first point of contact for our company. You will be responsible for managing the front desk, welcoming visitors, handling phone calls, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a proactive approach to customer service.

About the Role:

Greet guests and handle incoming calls professionally.
Manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Oversee front desk area, mail, and office supplies.
Provide general information and respond to inquiries.
Support administrative tasks and maintain a professional appearance.

About you:

High school diploma required; Associate s degree preferred.
Proven experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Positive, professional demeanor with strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
