Job Description

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor s degree is
preferred.
- Technical Skills: - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.


Position Overview:
The Front Desk Executive is responsible for providing a warm and professional first impression to clients, visitors, and employees. This role includes managing front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining smooth communication within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly attitude.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department.
- Address inquiries or provide information about the company.

2. Administrative Support:
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Maintain records and update logs for visitors and appointments.

3. Coordination and Communication:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings or conference rooms as required.
- Communicate effectively with various departments for administrative needs.
- Support the HR or Admin team with event coordination or staff activities.
