Qa Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, execute, and document test cases for manual and automated testing of web and backend applications, SDKs and mobile applications.
• Perform comprehensive manual testing to identify bugs, performance issues, and edge cases and provide test case QA Reports for various business applications.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using open-source tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Creating test plans and cases and preparing detailed test reports
• Prioritizing, executing tests and reviewing technical specifications and design documents
• Perform API testing with tools like Postman, REST-Assured, or Karate to validate integrations and endpoints.
• Utilize performance testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling to assess application efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines using open-source tools like GitLab CI/CD or Jenkins.
• Implement version control strategies for test cases and scripts using Git.
• Ensure effective bug reporting and tracking through open-source tools like Bugzilla or Redmine.
• Conducting regression testing when needed
• Monitoring assurance metrics and process results along with documentation
