QA Engineer - Team Lead

Job Title: QA Engineer- Team Lead
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a QA team, ensuring high-quality software delivery.
Create and execute test plans and test cases for various software components.
Perform both manual and automated testing to ensure software quality.
Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA, working with the team to resolve them.
Conduct API testing to ensure functionality and security compliance.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to define requirements and ensure thorough testing.
Drive process improvements and participate in team meetings to share updates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
5-6 years of experience in QA testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong experience in manual and automated testing.
Familiarity with software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience with JIRA for defect tracking and project management.
Experience with Playwright and TypeScript is a strong advantage.
Solid understanding of API testing and SQL.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
