Mailbox Management Addressing business queries from the GTS BI Users.
Scheduled Reporting Timely delivery of Monthly Weekly Liquidity reporting.
Monthly Data Loads and Audits Partner with the FLU on the scheduled data loads and audits.
Perform the preliminary Quality Checks on the data and hand over the data to relevant stakeholders to carry out subsequent steps.
Access Control Management Approving requests raised by users to access any GTS-BI dashboards.
Tableau Dashboards Refresh Maintenance: Carry daily quality checks on all dashboards to ensure data accuracy.
Product Trainings: Collaborate with Stakeholders and conduct domain specific trainings for the GTS BI Users.
Scheduled connects with users and assist them with their data and analytical needs.
Ad hoc Projects: Collaborate with FLU on new medium and long term projects.
Modify existing Alteryx workflows or design new workflows to cater to the evolving business needs.
Reconcile data from multiple source systems to address ad hoc queries from Senior Stakeholders.
Develop new reports as per the business requirements explore avenues to streamline them.
Work with broader teams on Cross Platform initiatives driven by the Senior Leadership Team in GBS.
Requirements*.
EducationEngineering followed by a MBA degree from reputed Institutions..
Certifications if any: Applicants with certifications in Tableau/ Alteryx/ Base SAS will be preferred.
Experience RangeCandidates with 5 -7 years of relevant work experience.
Functional Skills*.
Ability to modify/ create reports using MicroStrategy.
Experience in using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server ETL tools like Alteryx.
Proficiency in MS Office products such as Excel, VBA, SQL, PowerPoint.
Desired Skills.
Deep understanding of the Financial Services Industry.
Excellent communication skills and flexibility in work hours to coordinate with various stakeholders across regions.
Ability to independently host calls and lead discussions with Senior
