Role & responsibilities

Operations

1. Store Appearance: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

2. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and optimize stock levels.

3. Loss Prevention: Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage and theft.

4. Store Maintenance: Ensure store maintenance, repairs, and upkeep.

Sales and Customer Service

1. Sales Growth: Drive sales growth through effective visual merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement.

2. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve store performance.

Team Management

1. Staffing: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.

2. Performance Management: Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and coach employees.

3. Team Motivation: Motivate and engage the team to achieve sales targets and store goals.

Financial Management

1. Budgeting: Manage store budget, track expenses, and optimize profitability.

2. Sales Forecasting: Analyze sales trends, forecast sales, and adjust inventory accordingly.

3. Profit and Loss: Review and analyze profit and loss statements to identify areas for improvement.

Administrative Tasks

1. Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and store performance.

2. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

3. Communication: Communicate with district managers, regional managers, and other stakeholders.

Leadership

1. Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the store team.

2. Decision-Making: Make informed decisions that drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and optimize store performance.

3. Change Management: Implement changes and initiatives to drive business results.
