Role & Responsibilities:

1. Sales Management:
   
• Oversee and manage the complete sales process from lead generation to order fulfillment.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
2. Dealer Appointment & Development:
   
• Identify and appoint new dealers to expand the distribution network.
• Foster relationships with existing dealers, providing support and resources for growth.
3. Costing & Pricing:
   
• Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to assist in pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate costing of products.
4. Recovery of Dues:
   
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue bills to ensure timely payments.
• Implement strategies for improving collection rates.
5. New Orders & Customer Relations:
   
• Actively seek out new business opportunities and manage the order intake process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
6. Meetings & Coordination:
   
• Organize and facilitate dealer meetings, engineer meetings, and mason meet-ups to promote products and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
7. Reporting:
   
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting progress and areas for improvement.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Master’s degree in Sales & Marketing, or a related field or having engineering background.
• 10-20 years of experience in sales, preferably in the steel or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of B2C sales dynamics.
• Proven track record in dealer management and relationship building.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
