We are on a digital transformation journey and looking for a hands-on ERPNext Developer & Administrator who can build, customize, automate, and manage ERPNext to drive business efficiency.

What Youll Do (Development + Administration)

🔹 Development & Customization (60%)

• Develop & Customize Modules Extend ERPNext functionality by writing custom apps, server scripts, client scripts, and API integrations.
• Custom Workflows & Automation – Automate business processes using Frappe framework, server scripts, and scheduled jobs.
• Database & Backend Optimization – Design and optimize database queries, custom reports, and dashboards.
• API Development & Integration – Work with REST API for third-party tool integrations (Google Workspace, Zoho Recruit, etc.).

🔹 Administration & System Management (40%)

• User & Role Management – Control access, permissions, and security configurations.
• ERP Configuration & Deployment – Implement new modules, manage updates, and troubleshoot issues.
• Data Management & Backups – Ensure database integrity, backups, and performance tuning.
• Support & Training – Assist internal teams, troubleshoot user queries, and conduct training on new features.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Experience: 2+ years working with ERPNext, Frappe, and Python development.
✅ Strong Development Skills:

• Python, JavaScript, Frappe Framework for ERPNext customization.
• MySQL, MariaDB for database queries and optimizations.
• ERPNext API & REST API for integrations.
  ✅ Experience with ERPNext Administration: User management, permissions, and workflow setup.
  ✅ Understanding of Business Processes in manufacturing, sales, inventory, and HR.
  ✅ Problem-Solver & Innovator – Someone who proactively builds solutions to improve efficiency.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have!)

• Experience with Frappe Insights for data visualization & analytics.
• Knowledge of OAuth authentication & Google Workspace integration.
• Experience in ERPNext v15 and its latest features.
