Candidate Profile
6-10 years experience in ideating, writing and telling stories for brands across verticals and industries.
Possess a you-cant -put-me-down portfolio that is creative, diverse and distinct across ATL, BTL and Digital.
The ability to skilfully lead the team on pitches would be a prerequisite.
Possess truckloads of love and passion for creativity, advertising and brands.
The stomach to fearlessly brainstorm in a group.
Instinctiveness to collaborate and work in a team - should be a team player and be open to ideas and suggestions from juniors.
Should be aware of the latest trends in advertising around the world and should be well versed with the best of creative work happening in India and overseas.
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other graphic software at a basic level will be an asset.
Arty skills such as Sketching, Illustration and Doodling will be an advantage.
Will work closely with the Creative Director in enforcing good creative culture within Team Banana and report directly to the Creative Director.
