6. Go To Market Readiness for New Products (Communication Deck) - Develop Quality Sales Tool , POSM & Ensure Timely availability to drive volumes ( 10% )
7. Drive right Product Market Strategy to attain volume, Market share (MS). All India (10%). Focus states UP, MP,MAH,KAR, TL (2% per state)
