Assistant Manager - Product Quality NGP

1. Ensure quality of Tractors through Product Process audits of Tractor Assembly and Paint shop PTCED shop
2. Good knowledge of sheet metal plastic components.
3. Support CQA for improving Field Quality of Tractors implementation of warranty projects.
4. Resolution of Concerns reported in New products (Seeding Batch and Pilot Batch) through O-R-C mechanism.
5. Engine transmission Aggregate assembly functional Knowledge is essential
6. New product process handling knowledge
7. Analysing customer complaints, Assembly line rejection, Supplier parts analysis and taking corrective actions, Standardizing all the Quality Procedure.
8. Experience in Quality assurance function in assembly plant
9. Continuous process improvements (KAIZENS) to achieve consistent product quality.
10. Implementation of POKA-YOKES to eliminate human error.
11. Monitoring and ensuring adherence to processes with SOP/SOS by periodic process audit, SPC and MSA studies.
12. Responsible for Engineering Change Management Process,
13. Smooth launch of new model / new variants.
14. Exposure to Quality management systems like ISO 9001, TS 16949, TPM
