ROLE PURPOSE

To support in the delivery of applications through the Microsoft Power Platform. As a member of the ECM (Enterprise Content Management) you will play a key part in supporting many Microsoft 365 applications, primarily focusing on the Power Platform, SharePoint, OneDrive, MS Teams.
The ECM team is compiled of 9 members with majority of them progressing through the apprentice/graduate path.

Experience is desired but not essential as we will provide training and development for the right candidate. Attitude is far more important to us, we would welcome a candidate who is keen to develop and progress.

ACCOUNTABILITIES - On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for supporting with

• Develop, test and release applications using the Microsoft Power Platform
• Introduce automation using Microsoft Power Automate
• Assist in implementing best practice for information and document management
• Gather requirements from business users, make recommendations and estimate the effort to complete the work
• Trouble shoot and quickly identify defects and risks
• Demonstrates the Balfour Beatty behaviours (Energy, Execute, Edge, Excite, Empower, Empathise)
• Work collaboratively within a team of 9 Solution Analysts in the UK to deliver PowerApps, Power Automate solutions.
• Support and maintain the Balfour Beatty’s M365 estate
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
