Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Assist the sales team in organizing and tracking sales leads, opportunities, and ongoing projects.
- Revenue Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts by understanding customer needs and strategically positioning products for new projects.
- Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the company's specialty chemical products and their applications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and product development teams to align sales strategies with product capabilities.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress, and revenue projections in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
- Priority towards candidates with experience in technical sales, preferably in specialty chemicals or raw materials to the personal care and cosmetics industry-or a related scientific/technology industry.
- Proven track record of successful account management and revenue growth.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to understand complex technical products and effectively communicate their benefits to customers
