Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction & Support
Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally, addressing inquiries with warmth and efficiency.
Handle telephonic inquiries regarding registration, admissions, and other processes.
Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for students and parents.
2. Network Building & Lead Generation
Build and maintain relationships with local schools, teachers, and educational institutions.
Actively participate in outreach and networking activities to generate leads and create awareness.
3. Student Facilitation & Support
Guide students through the entire processfrom entrance exams to admissions and course progression.
Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth coordination.
Provide timely and accurate information to students and parents to facilitate a hassle-free admission process.
4. Problem-Solving & Resolution
Address and resolve student and parent queries promptly, ensuring their concerns are met with effective solutions.
5. Internal Coordination
Work proactively with other centers, departments, and academic team to streamline operations and resolve issues efficiently.
6. Database Management
Maintain accurate and organized records of student interactions, inquiries and admissions.
Ensure proper documentation as per set procedures.
7. Delivering a Positive Experience
Strive to create a lasting positive impact through every customer interaction.
Uphold the organizations values and maintain a student-centric approach at all times.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma/Graduate in any stream (Science, MBA, BBA, Commerce, Arts, etc.).
Experience in the education or hospitality industry is an advantage, but freshers are welcome to apply.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with warmth and empathy.
Presentable, ethical, and hardworking with a growth-oriented mindset.
Passionate about professional and organizational growth.
Fluency in English is a must; proficiency in Marathi & Hindi is highly preferred.
