Job Description
- Supporting and resolving VDS related incidents, requests, and changes.
- Being responsible for troubleshooting end user/application authentication/authorization issues connecting to VDS and access/audit logs checking.
- Escalating and collaborating with higher levels of support including 3rd party.
- Adhering with ITIL change management processes.
- Responsibilities include rotational, 24/7 on call support.
- Learning, partnering with senior teammate to participate in project to polish and showcase your learn skills.
- Have a Bachelor s degree with minimum 3 years of experience in Radiant Logic VDS Administration and Level 2 support.
- Have hands-on experience to perform VDS Upgrades and patches deployment.
- Have experience in view creation and configure LDAP Data Sources using Radiant Logic VDS console or using context builder.
- Have onboarding/integrate new users and applications onto existing VDS platform.
- Have creation of HDAP stores and support annual certificate renewal.
- Have experience in technologies such as Windows Server, Linux, directory services, Active Directory, LDAP, and DNS.
- Have good analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Be a good team player with positive spirit and effective communication.
- Have good communication skill, written and verbal.
- Have experience with supporting IAM in a Hybrid environment (Onprem, Azure or AWS)
- Have experience with ServiceNow.
- Have Radiant Logic training certification.
- Have experience implementing VDS installation.
- Have knowledge of Windows PowerShell or Bash shell scripting language.
- Have knowledge or experience on any other IAM technology such as Active Directory, digital certificate.
- Have ability to take ownership of complex tasks and deliver while mentoring team members .
