As a Service Engineer in the UT Testing Machine business, you are working within the complex environment of mechanical and electrical engineering as well as automation engineering. In service you will assume the full technical responsibility for the after sales lifecycle of our machines - starting with the commissioning & installation on our shopfloor or at customer site, later annual inspections, and training.

As a reliable contact partner for our customer on site you are building a robust customer relationship and delivers value to our customers.

We are looking for a Service Engineer (m/w/d) earliest possible.

As a Service Engineer you will:

• Inspect and certify our existing customer systems in India, in some cases globally.
• Work on (initial) commissioning on our shop floor as well as at customer site.
• Repair customer systems in case of downtimes to bring them back into production.
• Take over customer training with focus on system maintenance.
• Support our customers with identifying spare or service needs.
• Ensure to complete all report and certificates on time and on quality.
• Join training session and refresher periodically.
• Identify and support improvement projects proactively.

Follow your passion

To be successful you

• Have a technical qualification (apprentice or study) in electrical engineering.
• Have a strong interest in technology as well as customer relationship.
• Have a high willingness to travel (>60%; most Europa).
• Have a high stress resistance and stamina.
• Have a strong team spirit, a high reliability and sense of responsibility.
• Speak German and English.
• Are used to work with Word and Excel.
• Must have a driver license, a valid passport, and a solvency for a business credit card.
