Senior Manager - Data Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Develop complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate large datasets from various data sources and systems.
• Design and implement robust data models, reports, and dashboards to support business needs using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Utilize Python to automate data processes, perform statistical analysis, and enhance reporting capabilities.
• Perform deep analysis on digital marketing performance, web analytics, and customer behaviour to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Drive business decisions by delivering insights and recommendations derived from data analysis, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with IT, Marketing, Sales, and other business units to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in the data, providing forward-looking recommendations for performance improvements.
• Support ad-hoc analytical requests and create customized reporting solutions as needed.
• Stay current with the latest BI and data analysis trends, tools, and techniques to ensure continuous improvement in data management and reporting practices.
