Job Description
- Work with stakeholders to formulate, test and implement business and risk requirements
- Conduct Business UAT for new developments, provide signoff and closely monitor the development post production deployment
- Support Data Analysis / Process management staff within NTB Risk Periodic reporting of MIS and Dashboards (Bounce, Projected risk metrics, etc
- Assist Sales Team to resolve cases which are stuck in New / Pending stage
- Need based market visits to understand location level trends / issues, propose changes basis visit observations
- MAJOR CHALLENGES : Dynamic portfolio with multiple variables influencing risk performance High velocity and multiple risk rule on approval and line assignment - Expertise required to manage complex workflows and understand interlinkages
- Draw meaningful / actionable insights based on data analysis
