To create engaging, high-quality content that aligns with the companys brand voice and objectives, driving audience engagement and supporting recruitment marketing, employer branding and communication strategies. This role focuses on developing creative and impactful written materials for digital platforms, campaigns and other related communication.
1. Content Development
o Create compelling and original content including articles, social media posts, blogs etc.
o Ensure all content aligns with the company s branding guidelines and tone of voice.
2. Research and Ideation
o Research industry trends and audience preferences and benchmark competitor strategies to create relevant content.
o Generate creative ideas for storytelling and campaigns that enhance audience engagement.
3. Content Strategy
o Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to develop and execute content strategies for Employer Branding campaigns.
o Optimize content for SEO and ensure best practices in digital marketing. Can write long-form, short-form, creative copies and other content copies as per the requirements.
4. Editing and Proofreading
o Review and refine content to ensure grammatical accuracy, coherence, and consistency.
o Ensure content adheres to copyright and data protection standards.
5. Analytics and Performance Tracking
o Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of content.
o Continuously refine content strategies based on performance data.
6. Collaboration
o Work closely with designers, internal teams and agencies to create integrated campaigns.
o Support employer branding efforts by writing employee stories, testimonials and thought-leadership articles.

a) Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or a similar role.
b) Work Experience
Technical Skills
Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
Knowledge of SEO principles and tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
Familiarity with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
Know how to use SM management tools like Hootsuite, Sprinklr and others.
Soft Skills
Strong storytelling and creative writing skills.
Excellent grammar and proofreading abilities.
Ability to adapt writing style to different audiences and formats.
Strong research and analytical skills.
