Senior Salesforce Developer

Key Result Areas:

Create Scalable solutions in Salesforce that have an impact on the End User experience and accelerate business to reach new heights.

Key Objectives/Responsibilities of this Role:

• Understand the business requirements
• Knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications.
• Testing the stability and functionality of the application.
• Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.
• Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.
• Programming solutions in Salesforce's Apex programming language, JavaScript, Lightning Web Component Framework and JS Frameworks with API integrations to cloud and back-office systems

Mandatory Skillset & Tools:

• Proficient in Triggers, Apex, LWC.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms
• Experience developing customer-facing interfaces.
• Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps for automating deployments.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
• Previous experience from insurance domain is nice to have
• Experience with Vlocity is good to have
• Good communication skills.
