Job Description


Plan for managing larger location base, higher volume throughput and bigger credit team thereby setting up higher standard of process hygiene to manage and better quality to maintain. Also there is a need for a senior team member to help improve process efficiency , TAT and underwriting healthy portfolio.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
(Accountabilities associated with the job)
Customer due diligence, Industry or market nuances , managing larger team, monitoring hygiene aspects, portfolio management.
Highlighting key risks, structuring and ring-fencing exposures and presenting proposal to credit authority .
Monitoring performance of borrower portfolio and preparing reports on periodic basis.
Ensuring compliance with approved product policy/processes.
Adherence to turn around times (TAT) and supporting business requests.

End to end TAT to be maintained
Quality of TTD of the files approved to be maintained at highest level
Approval ratio and process efficiency to be managed

Underwriting higher ticket loan proposals and managing critical deviations

Required Qualifications and Experience

Educational Qualifications
a) Qualifications:
Post graduate/MBA Finance

b) Work Experience
10 + years of relevant experience in underwriting/credit risk management of Auto Loans - New and Used.
Excellent analytical and communication/presentation skills.
Good writing skills.
Positive attitude and good team player
Experience of Team management and Stakeholder Management
