Broker Engagement
• Engagement with brokers for retention of existing accounts for both IPD+OPD • Penetration into new accounts. Must have visibility of upcoming market renewals and new business opportunity. • Tap new to broker accounts
• Tap new to Vidal accounts • Engage for both IPD +OPD business • Broker Meetings -
• Giving presentations to brokers on our product, services offerings, USP’s, Tech stack, network and platform demo.
• Map our strengths with competitors in the space and showcase and pitch about our unique offerings like service guarantee, express discharge, claims management, Accounts Management etc.
• Engage with field teams of brokers for prospect mapping and one-on-one penetration.
• Identify and nurture relationship across levels with brokers.
• Market Insights- • Market mapping including PUM of respective broker, no of accounts managed, information on large & key accounts.
• Understanding of who is the preferred TPA, challenges faced by the clients from existing TPA, claims volume, claims processing TAT, cashless to reimbursement ratios, cost builders for the client etc.
• Knowledge of key initiatives taken by other TPA’s, upcoming products, capabilities and pricing strategies. •
JOB DESCRIPTION
Leadership KRA’s – RSM •
1. Drive strategy towards new key customer acquisitions for the assigned region.
2. Oversee and implement full sales cycle including market research, pricing strategies, new business opportunities.
3. Developing and accomplishing lead generation plan, meeting or exceeding monthly/annual sales targets.
4. Identifying the potential customers amongst the targeted leads in order to start sales process.
5. Coordinating with sales & support teams to develop the pitch document or to determine essential strategic approaches for sales.
6. Create and conduct proposal presentation as and when required
7. To collect the market feedback on the product/services and ensure it is communicated to the product and accounts management team
8. Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports.
9. Assist in preparation of strategic plan/business plans/operating plans/budgets for the region.
10. Create business models and presentations to evaluate new business ideas/plans, acquisition opportunities, expansion into new geography.
11. Managing, coaching, and evaluating the team members, in order to give the necessary support and to guide the team towards optimum performance.
12. Training the team regarding new products whenever required.
13. Will have critical and measurable impact in helping the company chart new territory and create value multiple. Required
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Should have an MBA/Post Graduate Degree with 8-12 years of work experience
2. Excellent gap analysis, requirement & solution finalization skills
3. Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management skills, ability to communicate, manage well at all levels of the organization and manage team to deliver project on time
4. Basic understanding or APIs & system integrations
5. Prior experience in IT role in the Financial Services would be an added advantage
6. Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starte
