Key skills for the job
Will be responsible to work on prudence process , coordination and working on Bureau data to measure Vulnerability of employees , Proactively coordinating with Bureau team to get timely update.
Owning of bureau data
Running of vigilance financial prudence rules to qualify list of people eligible in the policy
Provide list of cases to HRP team on quarterly basis and ensure these are closed within TAT
Ensure proper recording of rationale provided by business & HRP through engagement.
Highlight cases falling this program to Management.
Person should be proficient in either of:
Human Resources department to handle employee concerns and ensure proper closure of RVU alerts.
Vigilance or Risk control Unit to handle strategic & fraud investigation part.
Analytics department to support data retrieval and accuracy.
Key Decisions / Dimensions
1. Counselling & regular interaction with HR team.
2. Employee counselling & support.
3. Regular Reporting Requirements - Will report open and closed observations to Employee Advisory Board
Major Challenges
1. Confidentiality of data
2. Consistent approach in dealing with multiple employees
Required Qualifications and Experience
a) Qualifications: Post Graduation or equivalent
b) Work Experience: 5+ Yrs. Of Exp.
c) Skills Keywords:
Good understanding of data analysis.
Proficiency in excel skills.
Employee counselling skills.
Presentation skills
