Duties and Responsibilities  
Ð¥ To achieve collection targets of the region assigned, ensuring meeting PL ROLL BACK Targets/PSBL collection target, meeting the Target on Cost of Collections.
Ð¥ Control delinquency and focus on WRITE - OFF.
Ð¥ Ensuring documented feedback.
Ð¥ Ensuring legal tools of 138 /arbitration summons, warrants are executed along with legal team.
Ð¥ Ensuring audit queries are complied with.
Ð¥ Ensuring adequate УFeet on StreetФ availability region-wise / bucket-wise / segment-wise.
Ð¥ Manage productivity by fixing productivity parameters for Collection Officers / Agencies / DMAs, monitoring performance against set parameters and Weekly review with the collection executives.
Ð¥ Ensuring background and reference check of agencies / DMAs being appointed.
Ð¥ Constant evaluation of DMAs and agencies.
Ð¥ Identify and manage training needs for the CEs.
Ð¥ Support collection officers in legal / police issues.
Ð¥ Ensuring CHAMPION CHAMPION collection is driven successfully in the field.
Ð¥ Visit Random customers.    

Required Qualifications and Experience  
"Ð¥ Graduation with 7 to 8 years and MBA with 3 years of relevant experience.
Ð¥ People Management skills.
Ð¥ Demonstrated success & achievement orientation.
Ð¥ Excellent communication skills.
Ð¥ Negotiation Skills
Ð¥ Strong bias for action & driving results in a high performance environment.
Ð¥ Demonstrated ability to lead from the front.
