Senior Business Analyst

Role & responsibilities

Change Request (CR) Management:

• Validate Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), solution documents, and technical designs provided by SaaS partners, Business users and by internal team.
• Approve finalized designs and provide prompt support during the development phase by addressing partner queries.
• Ensure smooth execution of IT UAT and facilitate Business UAT with HR PMO and business teams.
• Manage CRs and make sure they are delivered within defined timelines.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including SaaS partners, HR PMO, and internal teams.
• Provide regular updates on CR progress and address any concerns or issues raised by stakeholders.

Functional and Technical Expertise:

• Provide functional/technical expertise across all HRMS modules to team deliverables.
• Ensure a thorough understanding of application integrations and validate technical efforts shared by partners.
• Review and negotiate partner effort estimates to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Support and Issue Resolution:

• Act as the primary point of contact for resolving development queries raised by partners.
• Provide support to business users during UAT and post-deployment to address any issues effectively.
• Help support team with understanding of CR deployed.

Process Improvement:

• Continuously identify areas for process optimization in managing CRs and integrations.
• Contribute to enhancing HRMS operations by recommending and implementing best practices.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all deliverables meet organizational standards, compliance requirements, and stakeholder expectations.
• Monitor and maintain the quality of outputs during the CR lifecycle. And update boards on regular basis
