Job Purpose

Duties and Responsibilities  
Ð¥ Manage FOS Ц recruit, train and motivate the team
Ð¥ Manage channel relationships
Ð¥ Drive sales numbers and increase finance penetration, meet allocated sales targets
Ð¥ Manage the sales process
Ð¥ Ensure process rigour and controllership
Ð¥ Ensure smooth service delivery to channel partners Ц TTC
Ð¥ Manage the FOS productivity
Ð¥ Reconciliation of dealer payments    

Required Qualifications and Experience  
"Ð¥ Should be a MBA with 2 to 3years of experience or graduate with minimum 4 yrs of experience
Ð¥ Prior exposure to sales role is highly desirable
Ð¥ Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ð¥ Good relationship management skills
Ð¥ Proficient in MS Ц Office
Ð¥ Ability to coordinate with various departments within the organization"
