Job Description

Job Purpose

Duties and Responsibilities
Â

Managing and supporting the effective deployment of team of sales professionals with respect to that geographical area, exploring new markets and in allocating resources to most profitable opportunities.
Â

Achieving & exceeding Business goals.
Â

Creating a strong & compliant sales culture across the channel to drive acquisitions, profitability and employee development.
Â

Meeting up with CAT A builders and getting their projects approved with BAFL
Â

Negotiation with the builders for getting business in a cost effective manner
Â

Identifying the need of sales training, analyzing changing market trends, channel deployment etc. Also giving feedback & suggestions to the RSM.
Â

Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work.
Â

Recruiting and Retaining high performers.
Â

Ensuring highest levels of employee relationship, motivation & engagement to drive results & high levels of employee satisfaction.
Â

Ensuring that Goals, PMP discussions, Development Plan discussions, ongoing coaching and feedback, skip level meetings is done on time and in an effective manner.
Â

Effectively engage Operations & Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes & profitability across locations.
Â

Sales & Collect Model - Managing Collections of the acquired portfolio

Required Qualifications and Experience
Ð¥ Post Graduates with relevant sales experience of 3-4 years (also graduates with experience of 5-6 years may apply) in managing large sales channels in multiple market environments / corporate sales experience
Ð¥ Prior & relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry, with specific experience of Personal Loans / Business Loans/ loans against / purchase of commercial properties
Ð¥ Demonstrated success & achievement orientation.
Ð¥ Excellent communication skills.
Ð¥ Strong bias for action & driving results in a high performance environment.
Ð¥ Demonstrated ability to lead from the front.
Ð¥ Excellent relationship skills.
Ð¥ Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and drive profitability.
Ð¥ High motivational levels and needs to be a self starter.
Ð¥ Working knowledge of Excel.
