Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Bulk Recruitment: Manage large-scale recruitment processes to hire sales professionals across various regions.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales leadership to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Candidate Sourcing: Utilize multiple channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks, to identify and engage potential candidates.

Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.

Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular updates to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, particularly in volume sales hiring.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and job portals.
