1. Recruiting the Sub- Broker/ POS
2. Dealing with existing sub- broker
3.Providing them adequate training in Product & Sales skills
4. Providing Joint call support to the sub- broker.
5. Ensuring maximum activation of sub- broker every month
6. Generating the revenue.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Candidate should have minimum 1 - 4 years of experience in agency channel
2. Having sound agent/ Sub- Broker base.
3. Should have Product knowledge of Life Insurance/ General Insurance( Motor & health)
