Job Title: Zonal HR

Location: Preferably Jaipur, open to travel 13 branches.

Experience Required: 2-7 years in the BFSI industry or similar field

CTC: ₹32,000 - ₹40,000 + Incentives

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment efforts, primarily focusing on bulk hiring, campus hiring, and sales hiring within the BFSI sector.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring that hiring targets are met in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand hiring needs and design recruitment strategies.
• Stay updated on BFSI industry regulations, compliance, and industry trends.
• Handle HR operations tasks, with a primary focus on recruitment (70%) and additional HR operations work (30%).
• Ensure effective onboarding, training, and smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
• Travel to branch locations as needed, with an expected frequency of 15 days per month.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Minimum of 2-7 years in the BFSI or similar industry with proven success in bulk and campus hiring, as well as sales recruitment.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of BFSI industry regulations, and operational requirements.
• Skills:
• Good communication skills (both Hindi and English).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and could handle Stakeholder.
• Preferred: Male candidates with BFSI or Insurance sector experience.
• Location Preference: Candidates from Jaipur or nearby locations will be preferred.
• Travel Requirements: Comfortable with monthly travel (at least 15 days/month) to branch locations.
