Job Description
Relevant Experience

Educational Qualifications
Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics / E&TC, having knowledge in Electric vehicle and its energy systems/ machines etc
Job Responsibilities
- Layout and packaging of parts in vehicle DMU considering all aspects of functionality, assembly (DFA) / serviceability (DFS).
- PLM (Teamcenter) release activity at various vehicle stages & UG NX 2D,3D handling, drawing preparation & review
- Support vehicle programs through the entire life cycle including; design, prototype builds, vehicle test and production.
- Understanding of vehicle electrical architecture & support for preparation of circuit diagram at vehicle system level
- Co-ordination with various cross functional teams for testing, Homologation, vehicle batches (Proto, Pilot, SOP), Plant, service
- Handling diagnostics (CAN log analysis) & flashing
- Technical document preparation for Diagnostic manual, various standard operating procedure, Homologation requirement documents
Competencies
Technical/ Functional
- Good understanding of basic theories and design concepts of different electronics and electrical components used in EVs.
- Software skills : CAD , UG NX or equivalent
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management .
- Know-how of applicable standards/ regulations and their application for EVs
- Knowledge of vehicle harness design considerations, wire size selection, power connectors & vehicle electrical insulation requirements etc.

- Practice of continuous improvement in all aspects
Specific Expertise
- Product Lifecycle Management tool (E.g. Teamcenter)
- CAD , UG NX or equivalent
- Experience in EV electrical architecture & vehicle Integration.
