Branch Manager(Agency Vertical)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Agency Vertical in Panchkula, the ideal candidate will be responsible for performance of team, managing a team of agents, and ensuring the achievement of business targets in alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and business growth within the branch.
• Recruit, train, and mentor agents to build a strong sales team.
• Monitor and ensure the achievement of sales targets through agency channel performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• 6-10 years of experience in the insurance sector, specifically in the agency vertical.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team success.
• Experience in Team handling and Team management.
