Job Description
- Life Cycle Management - viz. talent acquisition, on-boarding, talent integration & development, employee relations, performance & compensation management, learning & development and change management initiatives.
- Demonstrate capability in service excellence and quality by building a capable and motivated team by driving high performance work culture.
- Lead and manage end to end HR activities and talent agenda, counsel business leaders in people issues within the organization with the objective of nurturing and encouraging capability development.
- Employee relations, investigations and disciplinary actions.
- Manage exit process, including exit interviews and providing innovative solutions to improve retention rates.
- To contribute to AOP adherence, Recruitment Cost Reduction & Timely Hiring of Manpower to facilitate Business Growth and Revenue.
- Employee Governance - to advocate and ensure compliance on organization's Code of Conduct, legal and FPU interface. Effectively manage and close employee grievances, escalations and investigations.
- To Plan, Roll-out & Monitor Closure of Employee Engagement Focus Group Discussions on the basis of ESAT Survey action plan. Facilitation of Regional Business Councils &Town halls and ensure execution of suitable action Plan/Interventions/issues resolutions to ensure high levels of employee engagement resulting in Say & Stay, Strive.
- To communicate, promote and get Leadership Buy-in/Sponsorship to leverage Generic Learning & Development Initiatives as well as Focused Talent Development Programs for leadership for HP/CR categories of employees for so as to build Organization Capability & Leadership Bench strength.
- To track, monitor, & reduce attrition in state by enhancing employee experience through improved On boarding, HR service deliveries, policies & processes.
