Bajaj Allianz - Senior Manager - Online Call Centre Lead (8-12 yrs)

1. Delivery

- Responsible for managing and leading all the Online Assisted Sales for the BFL D2C Business.

2. Maintain/ Enhance the Call Centre Productivity and Attrition

3. Performance monitoring & reporting of the overall call-center input metric efficiency along with tele sales SM along with task list creation for improvement

4. Daily sales trackers & prepare for weekly review with management and stakeholders

6. Responsible to supervise resource & incentive planning.

Collaboration and stakeholder Management

7. Collaborate across Operations, Underwriting, Medical Process, Tel-Medical Process, Technology functions, Digital Marketing team to create business growth strategies and a seamless experience for Customers

8. Identify strategies to increase conversion across various sources of lead (Paid and Organic)

9. Ensure adherence to the DM guidelines and compliance at call center process compliance.
