Job Description

Key Performance Indicators

Onboarding:-

Ensuring smooth onboarding process for new joinee which includes checking all mandatory documents on Talport, Appointment letter generation, Ecode allocation, Salary upload, Appointment letter acceptance , email id creation, Sharing data with payroll and employee background verification all this is done in coordination with the ZHR. Activities to be performed within the define TAT.

OFF boarding:-

  • Ensuring FNF are processed within the TAT of 15 days from the LWD of an employee with proper checks to be performed on exit clearances, Attendance, Leave balance, Reimbursement/relocation benefit, Joining special bonus checks, GMC-Parental-Top up policy premium checks, Assets recovery checks, Other input checks if any.
  • Resigned Employee Letters:
  • Issuance of provisional relieving letters, Relieving Recovery letters within TAT.
  • Issuance of absconding Termination letter respective Zone.
  • Sharing Form 16 to all resigned employees falling last financial year (Yearly )

SF Employee Data Maintenance Transaction processing :-

  • Ensuring employee data is accurate and is updated time to time based on the changes received from Function SPOC or from ZHR.
  • Ensuring SF Data Maintenance which includes Job code creation, Designation master. Issuance of letter for employee transaction and sharing the changes with payroll.
  • CAP letters to be issued on every 01st 15th of every month as per the request received from Zonal HR/ Function. CAP data is maintained to ensure the CAP cases are action upon based on the performance feedback received from Function/ZHR.

Internal and External Legal and Compliance

  • Sharing of Disciplinary letters to respective HR for issuance.
  • Tracking Legal Cases with Legal team and sharing documents as and when required.
  • Handling other activities like POA queries/ Retainer agreement/Surveyor NOC/Retirement Extension.
  • Monitoring monthly MIS of Vendor to ensure all the compliance activities for PAN India are done within prescribed timelines.
  • Taking case of labor inspection/visits, closure of notices/show cause.
  • Timely update of compliance activities, MIS and Updating ZHR on the compliance MIS for their location
