Position Overview

The HR Shared Services Specialist plays a critical role in delivering high-quality HR services to employees across our global operations. This role is responsible for managing a wide range of HR administrative functions, ensuring seamless execution of HR processes, and contributing to an exceptional employee experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Administration: Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee data management, HRIS updates, and maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, and other HR-related topics, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance HR processes for efficiency and improved service delivery.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies, by maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to established procedures.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and other cross-functional teams to support various HR initiatives and projects.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company, and managing offboarding tasks for departing employees.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate HR reports and provide data analysis to support decision-making and strategy development.
  • Training and Development Support: Assist in the coordination and delivery of employee training programs, including scheduling, communication, and tracking participation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR administration or HR shared services.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and employment laws.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
