Associate Senior Manager Liability LOB

Job Responsibilities:

• To Grow the Liability book.
• Managing the team and guiding them in line with the company s growth philosophy.
• Nurturing and developing relationship s with various stakeholders including but not limited IMD s , various brokers and channel partners.
• Manage the Top line and bottom-line growth.
• Liaising with internal and external stake holders
• Underwriting both Financial and Casualty lines of business
• Create drivers for business growth.
• Good communication and presentation skills
• The duties and responsibilities will include reviewing underwriting information, assessing clients backgrounds and financial information, liaising with specialists, determining underwriting alternatives, and negotiating policy terms.
• Working on new initiatives which will create new differentiators for the company vis- -vis competition
• Taking up new product development initiatives depending upon the need of the market
• Training internal and external stakeholders on new product initiatives

Educational Requirements:

MBA / PGBDM / Master s degree
