Associate Visualization CoE (Power BI)

Work with Bain team or end-clients as an expert on Microsoft Power Platforms (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.) in individual capacity or as part of a larger team.
Design, implement, and deploy end-to-end visualization, dashboarding and reporting solutions to address key business problems.
Gather requirements and business process knowledge in order to transform the data in a way that is geared towards the needs of end-users.
Responsible for end-to-end handling of the entire process, i.e., requirement gathering, data cleaning, processing, visualization and deployment.
Work under the guidance of a Manager/ Sr.
Manager, playing a key role in driving the teams overall answer, client communication, work planning, and team management.
Lead the design, development, and deployment ofPower BIdashboards that deliver intuitive, high-performance data visualizations.
You'll create complex data models and write optimizedDAXformulas to support self-service reporting and in-depth analysis.
Design and build tailored business applications usingPower Appsto automate manual processes.
These apps will integrate seamlessly with existing systems, utilizing your expertise in connecting data sources and applying the full capabilities of MS Power Platforms.
Create and maintain dataflows in Power BI Service, leveraging your experience with databases to prepare and cleanse data for reporting.
Automate workflows with Power Automate, allowing seamless integration between different applications, data sources, and business processes.
May also take responsibility for assigning work streams to Analysts, monitor and balance workload;Provide tool-based technical expertise to the team members when required.
Solve complex custom visualization and analysis issues, providing thought leadership and business judgment;Prepare documentation for future references.
Lead client/ case team calls and effectively communicate data, knowledge, insights and actionable next steps to the case team; relay implications to his/ her own internal team.
Keep abreast of new and current data visualization tools techniques.
About you.
Candidate should be a Graduate/ Post-Graduate from Top-tier College with strong academic records and with 3-5 years of relevant work experience in areas related to Data Management, Business Intelligence or Business Analytics..
Concentration in a quantitative discipline such as Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence is strongly preferred.
Minimum 3+ years of experiencein data preparation and visualization using tools such as Microsoft Power Platforms(Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.).
Extensive experiencein developing Power BI reports and dashboards, with a focus on data modeling, report performance optimization, and creating interactive visualizations.
Experience in developing customPower Appsapplications is a plus, with an emphasis on integrating Power Apps with diverse data sources, includingSQL Server,Dataverse, and external APIs.
Candidates with certifications in PowerBI/ Power Platformswill be preferred.
Familiarity with data governance practices, compliance frameworks, knowledge of Agile methodologies and.
Must have experience/ ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple workstreams.
Ability to prioritize projects, manage multiple competing priorities and drive projects to completion under tight deadlines.
Should be a motivated and collaborative team player, who is a role-model and at-cause individual within the team.
Knowledge/ Proficiency in other tools and languages such as Tableau, Python, SQL, understanding of database architecture and ETL tools such as Azure Data factory, Databricks, AWS Glue etc.
