Position: UI/UX Designer

Location: Onsite Seawoods, Navi Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-Time/ Permanent

Role & responsibilities

⚙️ What Were Looking For:

Education : Graduation degree in Science / Engineering /IT or Computer Science from a recognized University. Computer science/ IT graduates / post-graduation in IT related fields will be preferred.

Skills Required : Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and other designing tools

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conducting user research and testing
2. Developing wireframes and task flows based on user needs.
3. Collaborating with Designers and Developers to create intuitive, user-friendly software.
4. Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
5. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
6. Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
7. Build page navigation buttons and search fields
8. Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
9. Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches and tables)
10. Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
11. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)
12. Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
13. Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours and images
