Sr. Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Central Kitchen Operations:
• Manage all aspects of central kitchen operations, including production planning, scheduling, quality control, and inventory management.
• Oversee the production of high-quality bakery products while maintaining strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize output.

Store Operations:

• Provide operational support to all retail outlets, including franchisees and company-owned stores.
• Assist in store openings and renovations, ensuring compliance with brand standards and local regulations.
• Monitor store performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

SOP Development & Training:

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all operational areas, including production, food safety, hygiene, and customer service.
• Conduct regular training programs for staff on SOPs, product knowledge, and customer service skills.

Vendor Management & Supply Chain:

• Negotiate contracts with suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and equipment.
• Manage the entire supply chain, from procurement to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.

Food Equipment:

• Manage the procurement, installation, and maintenance of all food equipment in central kitchens and retail outlets.
• Ensure equipment is in good working order and meets safety standards.
• Menu Innovation:
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and launch new menu items that cater to local tastes and market trends.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new product opportunities.
