This is a full-time on-site role for a Group Chief Financial Officer located in New Delhi at Bagla Group. The Group CFO will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning, financial statements, finance functions, analytical skills, and financial reporting for the organization..

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the financial planning and strategy for the group, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Prepare, analyze, and report on financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

- Lead the finance team in managing financial operations and ensuring effective financial controls.

- Provide analytical insights to support key decision-making processes across the organization.

- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Financial Planning and Financial Reporting skills

- Experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements.

- Strong analytical skills.

- Background in finance.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
