Sr Executive / Asst Manager - E-Commerce Marketing

1. E-Commerce Operations & Logistics Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth execution of orders, from purchase to final delivery
• Coordinate with logistics partners for timely shipments, delivery tracking.
• Optimize inventory management processes to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.

2. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution

• Develop and execute e-commerce marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.
• Monitor ROI on all campaigns and optimize marketing spend based on performance data.
• Collaborate with the creative team to design compelling visuals, product videos, and banners.

3. Sales & Revenue Management

• Manage sales performance on platforms.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and sales targets.
• Track product performance across SKUs and identify opportunities for scaling growth.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify new market trends and consumer behaviour.

4. Budgeting & Financial Reconciliation

• Manage the e-commerce budget, ensuring cost efficiency in all operations.
• Monitor expenses related to marketing, platform fees, and technology tools.
• Reconcile monthly sales data with finance teams for accurate P&L tracking.
• Generate regular financial and sales performance reports to share with stakeholders.

5. Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare monthly, and quarterly reports on e-commerce KPIs such as sales, conversion rates and marketing metrics.
• Utilize platform dashboards to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Track the performance of marketing campaigns and suggest data-driven optimization strategies.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: 5-7 years in similar role

Industry: Beauty (Fragrance, Cosmetics & Skin care)
