• Work on base level (Min stock level) stock shared by the sales team.
• Compare it with warehouse SOH and make order requirements. (Indent).
• Send order requirements to MT & GT store co-ordinator over email to get PO.
• Validate received PO W.R.T requirement shared.
• Punch PO in WMS and Instruct warehouse to Pick pack material.
• follow up with the warehouse for the Packing list.
• Share packing list with the accounts team to get Invoice & e-waybill.
• Share Invoice, and e-waybill with the warehouse team.
• Appoint a transporter for material pickup.
• confirm order status to MT/GT Co-ordinator for dispatch of goods.
• Follow up with the Transporter for delivery.
• MIS Maintain Order Vs Fill rate & Order to Delivery TAT on Excel shared tracker.
• Maintain RTV details.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: 5-8 years in a similar field

Education: Graduate in any stream.

Location: Nariman Point/ Lower Parel, Mumbai

Key Elements: Good at Excel, Verbal & Written communication.
