Site Supervisor

1. Operations Management: Supervising all farm activities, including planting, harvesting, irrigation, and livestock care.
2. Staff Management: Hiring, training, and supervising farm workers, ensuring they understand and adhere to safety protocols and best practices.
3. Crop and Livestock Management: Planning and implementing crop rotation schedules, managing livestock breeding programs, and ensuring the overall health and productivity of both crops and animals.
4. Equipment Maintenance: Overseeing the maintenance and repair of farm equipment, ensuring that all machinery is in working order to maximize efficiency and productivity.
5. Budgeting and Financial Management: Developing and managing the farm budget, including expenses for labor, equipment, supplies, and any other operational costs. Tracking financial performance and making adjustments to ensure profitability.
6. Pest and Disease Control: Implementing pest and disease control measures to protect crops and livestock from damage and disease outbreaks.
7. Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to farming practices, environmental protection, food safety, and labor laws.
8. Facility Maintenance: Overseeing the maintenance of farm buildings, fences, roads, and other infrastructure to ensure a safe and functional environment.
9. Marketing and Sales: Developing strategies for marketing farm products, establishing relationships with buyers and distributors, and managing sales transactions.
