Accounts executive

Preferred candidate profile

Min 5 years to 10 years experience preferably from Hotel industry or Manufacturing industry

1. Financial Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and financial statements.
2. Invoice Processing: Generating and processing invoices for clients and vendors, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
3. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting in the development of budgets and financial forecasts based on historical data and future projections.
4. Bank Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements and ensuring that all transactions are recorded correctly.
5. Financial Analysis: Analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
6. Expense Management: Monitoring and controlling company expenses, identifying areas for cost reduction or optimization.
7. Tax Compliance: Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and assisting with tax filings.
8. Financial Reporting: Preparing and presenting financial reports to management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
9. Auditing: Assisting with internal and external audits by providing supporting documentation and explanations as needed.
10. Communication: Liaising with internal departments, external clients, and vendors to resolve financial issues and queries.
11. Software Proficiency: Utilizing accounting software and tools proficiently to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
12. Adherence to Policies and Procedures: Ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
