Billing Executive

1. Billing Operations:
   
• Generate and process customer invoices accurately and promptly.
• Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment.
• Issue receipts and ensure accurate recording of transactions.
• Manage refunds, returns, and exchanges in compliance with store policies.
2. Customer Interaction:
   
• Assist customers with billing-related inquiries and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Explain billing procedures and policies to customers as needed.
3. Financial Management:
   
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and billing reports.
• Reconcile cash registers at the end of shifts and ensure accurate cash flow management.
4. Inventory Coordination:
   
• Collaborate with inventory managers to ensure accurate stock levels are maintained.
• Assist in inventory audits and ensure that billing aligns with inventory records.
5. Software and Systems:
   
• Utilize billing and accounting software to manage transactions and records.
• Ensure data accuracy in the billing system and perform regular updates.
6. Compliance and Security:
   
• Adhere to all financial and data protection regulations.
• Implement and follow security protocols to protect sensitive customer information.
7. Team Collaboration:
   
• Work closely with sales, inventory, and management teams to streamline operations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in billing practices.
• Provide training to new staff members on billing procedures and systems.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audits when required.
