Key Responsibilities:

• Write, edit, and format professional resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles for job seekers across various industries and experience levels.
• Collaborate with clients to gather relevant information, understand career goals, and highlight their unique strengths and achievements.
• Tailor documents to meet job market trends, incorporating keywords and industry-specific language to enhance applicant tracking system (ATS) compatibility.
• Provide clients with guidance and tips on interview preparation, job search strategies, and personal branding.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently while maintaining a high standard of work.

About Baanyan Software Services:

• New York, USA work timings 9am to 6 pm (India timings IST 6:30 pm 3:30 am)
• Five days a week from Monday to Friday
