Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Lead to oversee and implement quality initiatives across our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Institutional Quality and Six Sigma methodologies. The Quality Lead will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Role & responsibilities :
1. Develop, implement, and maintain quality processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
2. Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and corrective action.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks.
4. Develop and deliver training programs to employees on quality policies, procedures, and standards.
5. Conduct internal audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
6. Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
7. Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
8. Lead and participate in Six Sigma projects to improve process efficiency and reduce defects.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and suppliers.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in quality management.
Preferred candidate profile :
1. Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., quality engineering, industrial engineering).
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, with a focus on Institutional Quality and Six Sigma.
3. Proven experience in leading quality improvement initiatives and implementing quality processes and procedures.
4. Strong knowledge of quality management principles, including ISO 9001, Six Sigma, and Lean.
5. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
