PAN INDIA HIRING FOR SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
EXECUTIVES


Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales & Business Development Representative to join
our growing team in B2B Travel Agency India pvt.ltd. This role is perfect for individuals
passionate about travel, customer engagement, and business expansion. The ideal candidate
will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building long-term client relationships
while identifying new business opportunities for our travel services.

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the travel sector, including corporations, travel agencies, tour operators, and individuals.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Present travel products and services to potential clients, highlighting key selling points and benefits.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth transition for clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems to track sales activities, leads, and opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Regularly report on sales metrics, performance, and opportunities.

Business Development Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities in the travel market, including exploring untapped markets, regions, and partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Develop strategic business partnerships and identify new channels for growth.
  • Attend travel industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to generate new business leads.
  • Create and present proposals to potential business partners, including tailored travel solutions and packages.

  • Skills & Qualifications:
    ● Any bachelor’s degree
    ● 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the
    travel industry.
    ● Strong understanding of the travel industry, including key trends, services, and customer
    needs.
    ● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and
    negotiate effectively.
    ● Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
    ● Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    ● Willingness to travel as required for business development and client meetings.
